In-Person Counselling
Private, one-on-one sessions held in Cambridge and Tauranga. A calm space where you can pause, talk things through, and begin to feel more in control.

Online Counselling
Accessible support from the comfort of your own space, wherever you are in New Zealand. Ideal if you want flexible, professional support without travel time or if online counselling simply fits your life better.

Mandy Lacy works with women navigating change, overwhelm, and self-doubt.
Drawing on over 25 years of experience in leadership, coaching, and communication, she offers counselling that combines real-world insight with practical tools and a calm, respectful presence.
Her sessions give clients the space to step back, make sense of what is going on, and take meaningful steps toward feeling clearer, increasing confidence, and reconnecting to what matters most.

Online or In-Person
Counselling?
Both online and in-person counselling can be effective. The main difference is usually practical. Online counselling offers flexibility and access from anywhere in New Zealand. In-person counselling offers a shared physical space away from home. The right choice depends on what feels most supportive and workable for you.

What to expect from Online Counselling?
​
Online counselling sessions are simple, secure, and designed to feel comfortable. We meet by video, you join from a private space that works for you, and sessions usually last 50 to 60 minutes. You can talk at your own pace, and we focus on whatever feels most important to you.
